WAW-E Series Computer Controlled Electro-hydraulic Servo Universal Tester

The computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is designed in accordance with the GB/T 16826-2008, and GB/T228-2010 GB/T7314-2005 standards, which is mainly for the tensile, compression, bending, cutting and other mechanical property tests of metal and non-metal materials.

With simple additional equipment, the tester can also be used to test performances of timber, cement, concrete, rubber and other products. The host machine uses down-setting oil cylinder, hydraulic gripping, chain transmission, piston gap seal, and nut screw vice-transmission method; measurement and control system uses self-developed computer controlled electro-hydraulic servo system, sensor measuring force; and realizes constant speed testing force, uniform deformation, load duration, displacement maintenance and other controlling methods.

This testing machine can calculate various values, displaying testing force, deformation and testing curves, and print the testing reports out. Users can also edit the report format by themselves.

It is widely used in measurement and quality inspection, metallurgy and steel industries, mechanical manufacturing, electric products, automobile production, electric wires and cables, civil aviation, colleges, research institutes, commodity inspection and arbitration, technical supervision departments, construction materials, ceramics, petrochemical industries and other fields.
